At the time of construction, Muscat Grand Mall was the biggest mall in Oman. It encompassed department stores, more than a hundred retail outlets, food courts and even a movie theatre. Atop this sprawling Mall, were eight buildings of mixed occupancy i.e. residential as well as commercial premises.

This project was a unique in its own way. Due to the proximity to the sea, the structure had to resist corrosion from the salt water. Being a luxury hotel, there was also a significant importance to the aesthetic nature of the structure, hence the fire fighting system was designed to complement the interiors of the hotel.

The airbase at Musannah serves as a strategic military establishment for the Royal Air Force Oman (RAFO) the primary fire load within these structures was the jet fuel used for the aircrafts and helicopters.
A fire fighting system had to be designed so that the fire could be arrested quickly. Low expansion foam system coupled with a flame detector was used to operate high level foam nozzles. Low level manual foam station were also installed.

This project was very much similar to the Musannah project and involved the protection of the MOD military facility at Salalah, Oman. The fuel load and the area of protection was similar to the Musannah Air Base Project.
Transformer Fire Protection differs to conventional fire protection in many ways, the principle aim in a transformer fire protection, is to provide a cooling effect. For this purpose MV (Medium Velocity) Spray Nozzles were used. These sprinkler heads have a larger spray pattern and gives a cooling effect on the transformer. This installation was at Mudairib, Oman. Located at about 200 kms from the capital.

Located in the heart of the metropolis, the Centerpoint mainly deal with clothing and household articles including home decors, gift articles etc. They come under the Landmark group and are located throughout the G.C.C nations.
